Description

You will lead business development efforts for the Imaging Emerging Technology Portfolio, building data-driven strategies to penetrate and expand within key military branches, develop stakeholder relationships, shape new opportunities, and drive program growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years program management, solutions architecture, or BD/sales capture in government/private sector
• Experience in air defense, counter-unmanned systems, infrared, laser technologies
• Ability to work in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• Active U.S. Top Secret SCI security clearance

Responsibilities

• Build data-driven strategy for US Marine Corps, Navy, Army, Air Force, SOCOM to scale Imaging Emerging Technology Portfolio
• Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships to identify and shape new business opportunities
• Serve as leader for existing programs, design and execute strategic capture campaigns
• Foster culture of trust, innovation, continuous improvement
• Deliver financial performance commitments and build market growth initiatives
