💼 About This Role

You'll manage relationships with SME clients in the Digital & Tech sector, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and driving platform adoption. Your core impact will be maximizing wallet share and delivering insights to grow the business. This role offers ownership of a client portfolio and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build relationships and understand client needs within portfolio.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities using data.
• Educate customers on full product range to ensure adoption.
• Act as voice of customer internally and advocate for Airwallex.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of account management in Digital & Tech sector.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth in existing accounts.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues effectively.
