💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's mission to transform the construction industry by providing maintenance and repair for heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts. You'll use our proprietary T3 platform to diagnose issues faster and work smarter. Plus, you'll receive year-round company provided OEM training.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders
• Maintain and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Assist in training lower level technicians as needed
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Must own tools applicable to position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with schematics and diagrams
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Trade school certificate preferred
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements
