You will handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments, identify client needs, resolve concerns professionally, and accurately document interactions while multitasking. You'll work in-office in Brea, CA with a schedule that may vary between Monday-Friday 8am-7pm and Saturday 8am-5pm.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years call center experience
  • Ability to type 45+ WPM while talking and multitasking
  • Proficient with Microsoft Suite
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
