You'll assess the credit impact of deal structures and documentation, coordinating with rating analysts. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Review financing documents and asset-level documents
• Identify credit impact of transaction structures and documents
• Coordinate with rating analysts on legal issues
• Participate in rating committees

📋 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 4-8 years post-qualification experience in securitisation
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work on multiple transactions simultaneously
