You'll serve as a trusted technical advisor guiding new customers through the LangChain ecosystem, blending technical expertise with a passion for education and enablement. You'll accelerate developer success and shape best practices in AI agent engineering.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding engagements for new enterprise customers on LangSmith
  • Create and deliver live, interactive training workshops
  • Develop scalable enablement frameworks including tutorials and guides
  • Act as voice of new user to inform product roadmap

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years in technical customer-facing role such as Enablement or Customer Success Engineer
  • 2+ years focused on AI/ML applications or agents with Python proficiency
  • Proven ability to create and deliver technical training programs
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for diverse audiences

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, and LangSmith
  • Proficiency with TypeScript/JavaScript
  • Background in developer advocacy or education
