Requirements

• 1-3 years of people management or Staff/Technical Lead experience
• Proven mentorship of high-performing engineering teams
• Experience with growth features like SEO, user-generated content, or acquisition flows
• Experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
• Strong technical judgment with operational rigor

Responsibilities

• Lead a small engineering team focused on organic traffic growth
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Data Science on traffic-driving features
• Oversee development of scalable full stack technologies
• Own and drive operational metrics of the Traffic team
• Participate in hiring and developing engineering talent
