Description

You will build and scale Cohere Health's AI capabilities in India, leading a team of ML engineers and data scientists to develop and deploy models that automate clinical and administrative workflows. You'll combine hands-on technical work with team leadership, driving high-impact solutions in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Clinical teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years in ML, data science, or applied AI; 2+ years leading technical teams
• Strong experience building and deploying ML models in production
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, scikit-learn, and statistical methods
• Experience with large complex datasets (structured/unstructured)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of ML engineers and data scientists
• Act as a hands-on contributor across the ML/DS lifecycle
• Design, develop, and deploy ML models for retrieval, classification, and generative use cases
• Translate complex business and clinical problems into scalable ML solutions
• Establish best practices for experimentation, model validation, and reproducibility
