Description

You will manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract top talent. This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in our Scottsdale, AZ office.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably for inside sales
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Ability to recruit across a broad range of roles in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer stage
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for inside sales roles
• Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers
• Ensure positive candidate experience throughout hiring process
• Represent Realtor.com at job fairs and hiring events
