💼 About This Role

You'll build self-serve tooling and platforms for marketing teams at Ramp, owning the backend infrastructure that enables rapid campaign launches. You'll directly shape how $100B+ in spend flows through the company, automating repetitive workflows with AI-augmented engineering.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end development of self-serve marketing tooling.
• Drive direction of agentic and AI-augmented workflows.
• Partner with marketers, designers, and PMs to automate high-leverage workflows.
• Reduce team ticket burden by making requests unnecessary.

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years of product engineering experience at high-growth tech company.
• Proven track record building internal tools/platforms reducing repetitive workflows.
• Experience with Python/TypeScript backend services.
• Comfort shipping agentic workflows or LLM-powered tooling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with marketing or growth engineering (CMS, experimentation).
• Experience with modern data stack (e.g., Snowflake, Airflow).
• Experience with MCP servers or agentic systems with production guardrails.
