• Resolve community questions and provide support on behalf of core team.
• Collect feedback and suggestions to assist product optimization.
• Manage Telegram/Discord/WeChat communities via governance and tools.
• Organize campaigns like airdrops and AMA; track growth impact.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in community operations or related field.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners.
• Fast learning ability and resourcefulness.
• Passion for cryptocurrency industry and ideally DAO experience.
