You'll carry out administrative processes within the Servicing Operations Department, managing tasks like customer disputes and total loss claims to improve customer experience. You'll have the opportunity to cross-train and collaborate with a supportive team in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and resolve customer disputes
• Assist customers with total loss claims
• Support customers going through bankruptcy
• Make outbound calls to consumers and third parties

📋 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year customer service experience
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
