Description

You will provide personal care, household support, and companion care to help adults stay safe and independent at home following a written plan of care. This role allows you to develop close relationships with clients while making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Requirements

• Passion for caregiving and desire to help others
• Empathy, patience, kindness, and respect
• Ability to travel to clients' homes as assigned
• Commitment to delivering quality patient care
• Previous home health care or patient care experience welcomed but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services including bathing, grooming, toileting, and nail care
• Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Help with range of motion exercises and ambulation
• Provide medication reminders
