🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end procurement including strategic sourcing and supplier management.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with program requirements.
• Manage supplier performance metrics such as on-time delivery and quality.
• Drive supplier development and continuous improvement initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of procurement experience in aerospace/defense environments.
• Strategic sourcing and supplier negotiation expertise.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems and procurement planning tools.
• Strong leadership and team management experience.

• Advanced degree (MBA or MS) in Supply Chain or related field.
• Experience in high-growth or startup aerospace/defense company.
• Knowledge of AS9100, ITAR, EAR quality standards.
