💼 About This Role

You'll lead financial underwriting and negotiation strategy for complex real estate transactions expanding our flex office footprint across North America. You'll evaluate deal viability, creatively restructure financials, and present investment recommendations to senior leadership. This high-visibility role sits at the intersection of financial analysis and strategic decision-making.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate and structure new real estate partnerships across three brands.
• Build and refine financial models to assess transaction economics.
• Step into deals when financials don't work and restructure assumptions.
• Synthesize financial, market, and operational inputs into investment recommendations.

📋 Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in commercial real estate finance or transaction management.
• Deep financial modeling expertise and ability to build complex models from scratch.
• Experience evaluating and structuring commercial real estate investments or partnership agreements.
• Demonstrated experience owning or influencing investment decisions and presenting to senior stakeholders.
