You'll design and improve end-to-end customer journeys for a high-profile automotive client. Your work will connect digital platforms and operational processes into seamless experiences, driving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across the automotive lifecycle.
- Create service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and experience frameworks.
- Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with UX, CX, product, and operational teams to implement solutions.
๐ Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Designer on complex customer journeys.
- Strong understanding of service design methodologies and systems thinking.
- Experience designing across multiple channels and touchpoints.
- Enterprise-level or automotive service environment experience.

- Experience with CX research and analytics integration.
