You'll design and improve end-to-end customer journeys for a high-profile automotive client. Your work will connect digital platforms and operational processes into seamless experiences, driving customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

  • Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys across the automotive lifecycle.
  • Create service blueprints, ecosystem maps, and experience frameworks.
  • Facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with UX, CX, product, and operational teams to implement solutions.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Designer on complex customer journeys.
  • Strong understanding of service design methodologies and systems thinking.
  • Experience designing across multiple channels and touchpoints.
  • Enterprise-level or automotive service environment experience.
