🎯 What You'll Do

• Own editorial direction and daily content strategy for the show
• Oversee team including producers, talent, and photographers
• Collaborate with sales on sponsored content and client needs
• Develop multi-platform audience engagement opportunities

📋 Requirements

• At least 3 years producing a live broadcast or lifestyle show
• Live control room experience
• Proficiency in Cuez or similar production software
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior Executive Producer experience preferred
• Experience with paid content or sponsored segments
• Adobe Creative Suite skills
