Description
You will provide operational support for live virtual programming and behind-the-scenes program operations, including managing enrollment, surveys, and session logistics using Zoom and Nearpod. This role ensures a smooth, inclusive experience for participants and supports the Director of Operations.
Requirements
- Belief in nXu's mission and passion for helping young people
- Experience managing Zoom operations for groups of 50+ people (breakout rooms, registrations)
- Experience working with youth, particularly youth of color
- Proficiency in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Manage enrollment, applications, surveys, and internal programming materials
- Run session operations including breakout groups and participant management via Zoom and Nearpod
- Solve logistical problems during sessions to ensure participant needs are met
- Develop and maintain an inclusive culture with participants during live programming
- Support additional program operations as needed
