Requirements

• 1-3 years sales, business development, or customer-facing experience
• College degree in Business or equivalent
• Strong relationship building and emotional intelligence
• Resilient drive and initiative
• Ability to travel 50-75%

Responsibilities

• Execute proactive business development campaigns and territory plans
• Conduct site visits, face-to-face meetings, and virtual presentations
• Manage end-to-end sales pipeline from outreach to contract execution
• Maintain records of field activities and pipeline in CRM
• Collaborate with Sales Manager and internal teams on strategy
