💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of hourly associates in an inspection center, managing vehicle movement and repairs to meet production goals. You'll ensure quality standards while coaching and developing your team in a fast-paced automotive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage vehicle movement into and out of the inspection center
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly inventory production goals
• Oversee day-to-day team activities and identify improvement areas
• Coach and develop team members on performance and quality

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid unrestricted driver's license with clean driving record for 3 years
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Demonstrated functional expertise in reconditioning processes
