You'll meet with clients upon admission to build rapport and complete biopsychosocial assessments. Your work will expand access to life-saving behavioral healthcare for people with complex needs. This role offers the chance to work remotely while making a direct impact on mental health outcomes.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual biopsychosocial assessments for clients across age groups
• Determine appropriateness for intensive outpatient program (IOP) level of care
• Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria
• Interface with admissions, verification, and clinical teams to facilitate intakes

📋 Requirements

• Independent licensure in a mental health field
• Experience with behavioral health assessments and admissions
• Work authorized in the United States with native or bilingual English proficiency
• Access to reliable technology for telehealth services
