You'll be the first point of contact for customers troubleshooting complex software and infrastructure issues with our AI-powered developer platform. You'll bridge the gap between customers and engineers, creating documentation and tools to scale support. This role offers fully remote work and monthly team gatherings in Paris.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues via support tickets
  • Create documentation, runbooks, and tools for support scalability
  • Escalate complex issues to engineering and collaborate on resolution
  • Maintain detailed records of support interactions in ticketing system

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Lead troubleshooting of complex software and infrastructure issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and Networking
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Datadog

โœจ Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in on-prem installations
  • Experience with support ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Jira)
