💼 About This Role

You'll join MetTel as a Litigation Associate Attorney supporting a telecommunications services provider. You will manage litigation and collections cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and court appearances. This role offers direct collaboration with a Senior Attorney and hands-on case management.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, file, and serve summonses and complaints
• Communicate with defendants and opposing counsel
• Draft, file, and argue motions and memoranda of law
• Manage discovery, including depositions

📋 Requirements

• JD from an accredited law school
• Admission to New York State Bar in good standing
• 4 years litigation experience
• 3-5 years of collections litigation experience

• Experience in collections or commercial litigation
• Familiarity with telecommunications or service agreements
• Experience appearing in court independently
