🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with teams to integrate localization into planning and timelines
• Oversee localization workflows from source readiness to delivery
• Monitor execution health and resolve blockers across teams
• Improve workflows and systems for scalable localization operations
• Leverage automation and AI-enabled solutions for efficiency

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years experience in localization operations or production
• Experience with global launches and distributed teams
• Strong understanding of localization pipelines and QA processes
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience scaling global operational systems
• Familiarity with AI-enabled localization workflows
• Understanding of regional compliance in China
