💼 About This Role

You'll lead the legal strategy for Snowflake's product and IP functions, advising senior leaders on AI, cloud, and global launches. You'll shape responsible AI frameworks and drive how legal enables agentic enterprise innovation at scale. This role impacts Snowflake's AI Data Cloud and governance models globally.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own legal strategy for product and engineering organizations
• Develop frameworks for generative AI and global compliance
• Oversee global intellectual property strategy and disputes
• Partner with marketing leadership on go-to-market legal guidance

📋 Requirements

• JD from accredited law school and active bar membership
• 15+ years of legal experience with in-house leadership
• Experience advising product teams on AI/ML frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud architectures and distributed systems
