Description

Join our team as a Calibration Technician, where you'll inspect, maintain, calibrate, and repair mechanical and electronic weighing equipment at customer sites across the Salt Lake Valley. You'll work directly with clients, ensuring accurate and timely calibrations while receiving extensive paid training—no prior experience required.

Requirements

• Ability and willingness to travel to customers’ locations throughout the Salt Lake Valley (Ogden to Provo) including occasional overnight projects
• Able to lift 50 lbs routinely
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
• Able to climb, kneel, drive, and stand for long periods of time
• Able and willing to obtain CDL class B (company-paid)
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Responsibilities

• Perform all duties in accordance with ISO 17025
• Inspecting, maintaining, calibrating, and repairing mechanical and electronic weighing equipment
• Complete accurate and timely calibrations on customer sites
• Working directly with clients throughout the calibration process from first touch point to completion
• Ensure all calibration activities comply with industry regulations and quality standards
• Maintain calibration records and documentation
• Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and support
