💼 About This Role

You'll own the operational foundation of Everpure's global partner program, translating strategy into a scalable, enterprise-ready operating model. You'll serve as the single accountable owner for execution health, ensuring program integrity across systems, processes, and functions. This role is the critical bridge between program strategy and partner experience.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate partner program strategy into executable, cross-functional implementation plans.
• Drive alignment across Channel Ops, Partner Experience, Marketing, Finance, IT, and GPO.
• Ensure system and operational readiness for program launches.
• Standardize execution across Reseller, Distribution, and MSP segments.

📋 Requirements

• Significant experience in partner programs, channel operations, or go-to-market strategy within a technology company.
• Proven experience operating at an enterprise level, driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into scalable operational execution.
• Strong understanding of partner program components including tiering, incentives, and governance.
