💼 About This Role

You'll own and execute organic social media, email marketing, and SEO for a growing software consultancy. You'll build Bluelight's marketing team from scratch, working closely with the Growth Marketing Manager. This role offers the chance to shape marketing strategies across multiple channels.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own organic social media calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.
• Set up and optimize email marketing campaigns and automated workflows.
• Support on-page SEO with metadata, internal linking, and keyword tracking.
• Brief content production with freelance writer and coordinate asset requests.

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of hands-on digital marketing or growth experience.
• Proven experience managing organic social channels (content calendar, scheduling, engagement).
• Solid understanding of email marketing: segmentation, automation flows, A/B testing.
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals: on-page optimization, keyword research, meta tags.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Analytics 4 or Looker Studio.
• Working knowledge of HubSpot (CRM, Marketing Hub, or equivalent).
• Comfortable setting up basic automations (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, or similar).
