💼 About This Role

You'll join Carvana's Inspection Center team using advanced glue-pulling techniques and hail repair to restore vehicles to first-rate condition. Your work directly impacts our promise of delivering cars we'd sell to our own Mom.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform paintless dent repair on steel and aluminum panels
• Use advanced glue-pulling techniques for hail damage
• Repair creases and body lines to OEM standards
• Repair larger-sized dents using specialized tools

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional automotive PDR experience
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently
• Valid driver's license and at least 18 years old
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
