🎯 What You'll Do

• Design mobile-first experiences for Medicare Advantage shoppers
• Create low and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
• Collaborate with Engineers, Researchers, and Content Designers
• Balance ideal UX with technical feasibility and regulatory requirements

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of product or UX design experience
• Advanced Figma skills including component libraries and prototyping
• Experience working in agile teams with developers and researchers
• Use research and analytics to inform design decisions
