You'll own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy for US clinicians using Braze. You'll drive engagement and retention through multi-channel campaigns. This role offers a chance to scale CRM efforts in a key market for a growing health tech company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end strategy and implementation of lifecycle journeys in Braze.
• Act as single point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Own reporting suite for CRM performance analysis.
• Spearhead expansion of communication ecosystem with new channels.

📋 Requirements

• Experience in multichannel CRM environment.
• Knowledge of marketing automation software like Braze or Hubspot.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and AMPscript.
