💼 About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle and build the foundation of CYBRET AI's go-to-market engine. You will work directly with founders to turn early traction into a repeatable sales motion. This is a rare opportunity to define how a category-defining security company sells and scales.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
- Develop deep relationships with early customers and design partners
- Define and document sales process, messaging, and qualification framework
- Build first playbooks for outbound, inbound, and partner-led sales
📋 Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud
- Comfortable selling complex technical solutions to technical and executive buyers
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate without existing structure
- Ambition to grow into a Head of Sales or commercial leadership role
