💼 About This Role

You'll own the full sales cycle and build the foundation of CYBRET AI's go-to-market engine. You will work directly with founders to turn early traction into a repeatable sales motion. This is a rare opportunity to define how a category-defining security company sells and scales.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle from first conversation to close
  • Develop deep relationships with early customers and design partners
  • Define and document sales process, messaging, and qualification framework
  • Build first playbooks for outbound, inbound, and partner-led sales

📋 Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in cybersecurity or cloud
  • Comfortable selling complex technical solutions to technical and executive buyers
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate without existing structure
  • Ambition to grow into a Head of Sales or commercial leadership role
