💼 About This Role

You'll join Meesho's Content Commerce GM org to build a creator-driven commerce engine. Your core impact is solving the aspiration-to-access gap in Indian e-commerce by scaling creators. You'll drive immersive shopping experiences that directly affect GMV and revenue.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Discover new creator growth channels from social and community groups.
• Design growth experiments to bring new creators into the ecosystem.
• Activate creators with toolkits, incentives, and playbooks.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, ops, tech, and external partners.

📋 Requirements

• 3-4 years experience in digital performance campaigns.
• Proficiency in Meta ads and Google Ads.
• Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions from campaign data.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in e-commerce or marketplace environments.
• Knowledge of influencer/creator marketing.
• Project management experience.
