• Supervise shift activities and team performance.
• Handcraft each cup with care and skill.
• Develop strong customer and community relationships.
• Assess service and drink quality of team members.

📋 Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment.
• Ability to operate coffee-making machines and tools.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of 3 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds intermittently.

• Barista experience preferred but not required.
