💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions for SMB clients as a trusted advisor. You'll drive configuration, integration, and adoption of Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, and Customer Insights – Journeys across remote teams. This part-time role offers the potential to expand to full-time.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Gather requirements and design Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Configure Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, Customer Service
• Implement Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Support testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years implementing Dynamics 365 Sales and Field Service
• Hands-on with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience with Customer Insights – Journeys and Customer Service
• Strong CRM process and integration knowledge

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service
• Power BI or Dynamics 365 Business Central experience
• Copilot or AI capabilities in Microsoft ecosystem
