💼 About This Role

You'll lead executive compensation strategy for Unity's top leadership, designing equity plans and managing Compensation Committee governance. You will partner with the C-Suite to ensure competitive and defensible pay programs.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Prepare materials and strategic narratives for the HCCC.
  • Draft Compensation Discussion and Analysis for proxy statement.
  • Design and govern executive short-term and long-term incentive plans.
  • Manage relationship with external compensation consultant.

📋 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field.
  • 12+ years experience in compensation management.
  • 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation principles and regulatory requirements.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience with equity designs and proxy disclosures.
  • Experience with SEC regulations and Say-on-Pay.
