💼 About This Role

You'll build the merchant operations function at a fast-growing e-commerce logistics platform. You'll architect systems, processes, and enablement programs that empower merchant-facing teams at scale. This role offers the rare opportunity to lead a new function reporting directly to the Head of Merchants.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design merchant operations strategy, roadmap, and priorities.
  • Scale workflows, tools, automation, and dashboards for productivity.
  • Lead knowledge content strategy and governance across internal and external systems.
  • Drive product GTM readiness for merchant-facing teams.

📋 Requirements

  • 3+ years in Consulting, Operations, or Chief of Staff roles
  • Experience in SaaS, e-commerce, or product-led environments
  • Strong process design and systems thinking skills
  • Proven ability to define KPIs and use data to guide strategy

✨ Nice to Have

  • Exposure to enablement, knowledge systems, or process design
  • Experience supporting Success, Support, or Professional Services teams
