You'll design and build end-to-end features for a next-generation AI-powered customer experience platform, directly shaping how businesses interact with their customers. You'll work in a fast-moving, globally distributed team with significant ownership and impact. Your work will contribute to an AI-first system leveraging LLMs for intelligent, context-aware customer interactions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain scalable full-stack features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• Integrate and optimize LLM-based AI capabilities into customer experience workflows
• Optimize APIs, backend services, and system performance for scalability and reliability
• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure (AWS) using a DevOps-oriented mindset

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong proficiency in Node.js, TypeScript, React, and Express
• Solid experience with AWS services (Fargate, Lambda, EC2, SQS)
• Deep experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Next.js
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CDK)
• Background in customer support or CX platforms
