You'll own a portfolio of 250+ DACH customers, driving renewals and account growth for Canto's digital asset management platform. You'll act as a strategic partner, using data and insights to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate churn risk. This role blends relationship management, consultative selling, and operational rigor.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage 250+ DACH customer accounts
• Drive renewals and identify expansion opportunities
• Execute customer renewal cycles and mitigate churn
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Product

📋 Requirements

• Fluency in German language (spoken & written)
• 4+ years of Account Management or CSM experience in SaaS
• Proven track record of exceeding expansion targets
• Experience managing 200-300 customer accounts

• Experience with Clari, ChurnZero, and Pendo
• Familiarity with enterprise software sales cycles
