💼 About This Role

You'll partner with Talent Partners and hiring managers to attract and engage top talent across the business. You'll source candidates, screen applications, and coordinate interviews, directly influencing how Fresha scales in a high-growth environment. This role offers real ownership from day one and the chance to work alongside a high-performing talent team from Google, Meta, and Amazon.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Partner with Talent Partners to manage end-to-end hiring processes
• Source and engage high-quality candidates across technical and non-technical roles
• Screen applications, conduct initial calls, and assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones and stakeholders

📋 Requirements

• 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment in a fast-paced environment
• Strong sourcing capability building candidate pipelines across functions
• Experience coordinating interviews and managing global scheduling
• Familiarity with ATS platforms
