💼 About This Role

You'll build foundational legal processes for a high-growth AI-driven procurement SaaS company. You'll draft and negotiate enterprise SaaS contracts and partner with GTM teams to align risk with business goals. You'll also advise on data privacy, security, and intellectual property to support compliance initiatives.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Draft, review, and negotiate enterprise SaaS contracts
• Develop scalable contracting workflows and playbooks
• Advise on data privacy, security, and regulatory matters
• Partner with GTM teams to balance legal risk and business goals

📋 Requirements

• J.D. with active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
• 8+ years combined law firm and in-house experience in B2B SaaS
• Expertise negotiating complex SaaS agreements with enterprise customers
• Working knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA)
