You will oversee daily branch operations including warehouse, sales, and service teams, working closely with the General Manager to achieve financial and operational goals. Your role involves process improvements, team development, and ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive operations or management experience in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or service environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid understanding of operational metrics, budgeting, and cost control
• Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
• Ability to prioritize and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day branch operations to achieve sales, service, and financial objectives
• Become proficient in ERP system and identify training needs
• Coordinate with inside and outside sales for customer satisfaction and branch performance
• Collaborate with warehouse manager to optimize inventory and fulfillment processes
• Develop and enforce safety standards and operational procedures
