You'll lead partner-driven growth across the Americas, building a scalable ecosystem for DeepL's AI product portfolio. You will execute go-to-market programs with resellers, distributors, and cloud partners. This role offers the chance to shape channel strategy in the hypergrowth AI translation market.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the Americas regional channel plan driving revenue through resellers and distributors.
  • Identify and onboard high-impact partners across the Americas focusing on strategic players.
  • Drive strategic alignment between DeepL and partners to accelerate co-selling and achieve pole position.
  • Support the development of joint business plans including sourcing net-new opportunities and co-marketing.

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales or Partnerships with Resellers, Distributors, SIs, or Cloud vendors in SaaS or AI.
  • Demonstrated experience in achieving and overachieving on revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
  • Strong understanding of the Americas partner landscape including VAR models, distribution, and cloud marketplaces.
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.

  • Background in corporate development or strategy consulting.
  • Previous experience at high-growth enterprise software companies during rapid scale.
