๐ผ About This Role
You'll lead partner-driven growth across the Americas, building a scalable ecosystem for DeepL's AI product portfolio. You will execute go-to-market programs with resellers, distributors, and cloud partners. This role offers the chance to shape channel strategy in the hypergrowth AI translation market.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the Americas regional channel plan driving revenue through resellers and distributors.
- Identify and onboard high-impact partners across the Americas focusing on strategic players.
- Drive strategic alignment between DeepL and partners to accelerate co-selling and achieve pole position.
- Support the development of joint business plans including sourcing net-new opportunities and co-marketing.
๐ Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales or Partnerships with Resellers, Distributors, SIs, or Cloud vendors in SaaS or AI.
- Demonstrated experience in achieving and overachieving on revenue targets through partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Americas partner landscape including VAR models, distribution, and cloud marketplaces.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a strong plus.
