You'll oversee a talented team of producers at a TEGNA-owned CBS affiliate in Columbus, shaping captivating shows and ensuring audience-focused content. You'll drive newsroom strategy and mentor journalists across all platforms.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Collaborate and execute long-term newsroom strategy
• Train, develop, and coach the newsroom team
• Oversee daily editorial process and on-air execution
• Review scripts and ensure accuracy and quality

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in journalism or related field
• Prior experience as a news producer and newsroom leader
• Track record of quality journalism and ethical decision-making
• Knowledge of AP ENPS, Edius, and content management systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Edius video editing
• Background in photojournalism
• Familiarity with ENPS newsroom system
