💼 About This Role

You'll lead instructor-led training for internal and external personnel on diesel engine systems and maintenance procedures. You'll develop and refine curriculum, facilitate hands-on labs, and evaluate trainee performance. This role combines technical expertise with teaching in a maritime autonomy company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead instructor-led training on diesel engine systems and maintenance procedures
• Facilitate hands-on labs and practical maintenance exercises
• Develop and maintain training materials including lesson plans and SOPs
• Diagnose and troubleshoot diesel engine issues in operational environments

📋 Requirements

• 4–8+ years experience as a diesel technician in marine or heavy equipment
• Marine Diesel experience strongly preferred
• Proven experience diagnosing and repairing diesel engines and related systems
• Ability to travel up to 50% in support of training and field operations

• Experience in maritime, defense, or regulated environments
• Prior experience delivering training or mentoring others
• Vocational training or certification in diesel mechanics
