🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop on-site staff to foster a high-performing work environment.
• Serve as primary liaison between Board of Directors, homeowners, and Action Property Management.
• Attend Board meetings, prepare management reports, and present strategic recommendations.
• Oversee daily operations to maintain property quality, safety, and service standards.
• Develop annual budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure timely payment processing.

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of property management experience.
• CMCA certification or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Ability to attend evening Board meetings as needed.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• HOA high rise experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of California Common Interest Development law.
