Description

You will support the global legal team by drafting and negotiating contracts, assisting with privacy compliance, and conducting legal research. Gain hands-on experience in an international tech company while working 20 hours per week in Berlin.

Requirements

Enrolled law student at a German University
Genuine interest in startups and technology
Basic knowledge of privacy, data protection, and/or contract law
Strong administration, detail-oriented, and fast learner
Good English communication skills, both verbal and written

Responsibilities

Draft and negotiate contracts with customers and vendors in German and English
Assist with contract law, IT law, data protection, and IT/IP law
Support privacy (GDPR) compliance and documentation
Conduct independent legal research on new laws and regulations
Work cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, Marketing, IT, and Workplace teams
