Description

You will manage full-cycle US payroll operations including equity, commissions, and bonuses using ADP Workforce Now. You'll ensure compliance with tax regulations, lead quarter-end and year-end processes, and mentor a team of payroll professionals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• 10+ years progressive payroll experience with 3+ years in leadership
• Public company experience with SOX, audit, and compliance
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Strong project management and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle US payroll processing using ADP Workforce Now
• Support equity compensation processing (RSU, ISO, Non-Qual, ESPP)
• Supervise and mentor a payroll team
• Lead quarter-end and year-end payroll processes and tax reporting
• Ensure compliance with payroll, tax, and labor regulations
