💼 About This Role

You'll join EquipmentShare's mission to transform the construction industry by repairing and maintaining heavy equipment and aerial lifts. You'll use our proprietary T3 platform to diagnose issues faster and work smarter. This role offers year-round OEM training and the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create and monitor work orders using proprietary technology
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems
• Perform maintenance and repairs on rental and customer equipment
• Maintain paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed

📋 Requirements

• Own tools applicable to the position
• Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
• Extensive knowledge of construction equipment and schematics
• High School diploma or equivalent

• Trade school certificate
• Experience in field service, maintenance and repair
• OSHA knowledge
