💼 About This Role

You'll provide strategic legal advice to product and engineering teams developing smart health hardware. You'll navigate FDA and FTC regulations for consumer health products. You'll lead cross-functional legal reviews and influence product decisions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide strategic legal advice on global hardware and sensor-driven initiatives
• Analyze new products and features to identify and mitigate legal risks
• Lead cross-functional review process for marketing assets and app copy
• Drive high-impact projects involving legal analysis and compliance

📋 Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution
• Active bar license in at least one U.S. state
• 5+ years of legal experience as a practicing attorney
• Experience with advertising, privacy, and consumer protection laws

✨ Nice to Have

• 7+ years of legal experience
• Deep understanding of FTC and FDA regulatory framework for health products
• Fluency in Mandarin
